Who am I anyway?
I
am a Minnesota Home Inspector, Certified by NACHI (National Association
of Certified Home Inspectors). I also buy distressed properties in good
areas, and rehabilitate these to improve the neighborhood, and provide
affordable living for families. I have over 30 years of
experience in Design, Construction and Inspection of projects
ranging from large factories to remodeling of single family homes.
My focus is to ensure safe, and affordable housing to anyone
that believes in the American Dream of living in a home of their own.

More and more of my clients are
finding that they are elgible for a refund of insurance that had been
collected on a previous mortgage. If you had a HUD/FHA loan, you may
have paid a one time payment at closing, or payed a monthly premium.
